The windows in No Name New House are old, wooden…probably installed in 1960 when the house was built.  I already have a love / hate relationship with them.  Many of them are in decent shape and very beautiful; the front windows are my favorites - I’ll have to put a pic of them soon.  But then there are some that are in rough shape:  water damage, won’t open, and none of them are energy efficient in the least.  Sometimes I threaten to have them replaced…sometimes I want to preserve them in whatever way we can.

Eh, time will tell.

    I love said windows. Alas, I don’t think we could afford new, energy efficient windows that are as nice as what we have. That’s my worry anyhow.
